Gayathri Suresh a native of Thrissur crowns the 2014 Miss Kerala Title. Konjitha John got the First Runner Up. The show was held at Vijaya Camelot Convention Center, Alappuzha. The 22 female contestants were competed in the Grand Finale.
The last of Miss Kerala 2014, there was different 3 rounds. The events was organized by Impresario and Relains. Black Gown, Designed Net Sari, Lehenga with Kerala Sari were the Dress styles of competition. The costumes was designed by Fashion Designer Aslam Khan from Mumbai. Dubai International Hospital Managing Director Dr: John Gorge, Film Director Dr: Sohan Joy, Drama Artist Kumari Menon, Ranjini Haridas Film Star Cijoy Varghees, Sheela, Coriograprher Sajna were the judgment panel.
